I am so glad that the Lord sent Art to call me regarding my online inquiry -- He and his daughter, Lauren, are above excellent-Hope I can recommend them in the future if I ever have the opportunity. If I am not mistaken, the third party that looked at our property purchased it - Art Ricks had put it on internet with wonderful photography that I am sure helped with selling.

Art and his daughter, Lauren have both changed my opinion of real estate salespersons. After previous bad experiences with real estate agents, it was refreshing to find individuals that provided such professionalism and attention to their clients. Art and Lauren were aggressive in the sale of our property that had been stagnant in our past attempts to market it individually. Additionally, my wife and I are grateful to them for making the settlement process so painless.

We feel that Art went above his job as our agent. Since we were doing much of the purchase long distance, he helped arrange for knowledgeable companies to inspect our house for work we wanted done. He communicated with us in a timely manner. And when a problem arose which might have ended the sale, he helped us come to a resolution and was extremely patient and understanding.

Lauren and Art make a great team! Lauren kept us up-to-date on each step of the buying process. They are very down-to-earth and explained all the realty jargon. Buying was made easy with Art & Lauren. Both are a credit to their profession and I recommend them highly.

Art is very charming and considerate. Most important factor was he listened to me an intuited most of my wants and need in the home search. He was very patient when the search took place over a year. I would strongly recommend Art if ever asked for a referral for an agent.
